With mass texting, you can send a single text to a group of contacts. However, when contacts reply, they cannot see one another’s messages. Additionally, with mass texting, you can send a one-to-many text to thousands of contacts whereas you can include only up to 10 contacts in a group message.

You may add 10 contacts to a group message thread.

It is legal to text contacts who have given written permission for you to text them. You must inform them how often you plan to send texts and what kind of content you will send. Then they must text a specific keyword to opt in. Your group messaging app for business should offer opt-in management tools to simplify this process.

Adding or removing contacts will create a new conversation.
